Aguaviva is a small town in the region of Teruel,but the last years this suffers a depopulation .this region since the summer 2000 have recieved families from south american as argentina ,chile,uruguay but also in eastern europe as citizen of romanian origin ,because of to repopulation plan made by the mayor of the city who offered a contract work and the citizenship for each householder and an affordable rental.
However,the mayor had no opinion of the 600 citizen own of the aguaviva who felt some fear that their customs could be transformed by the integration of other customs in the population.
on the other hand aguaviva is also the name of the documentary that has made by the director called ariadna pujol which won the award at the Malaga film festival.
The stars of the documentary are a argentinian family ,a chilean mother with her three children where the mean problem that the documentary show us is the theme of loneliness,old age,and the fear towards the future.
